Hi everyone, I just wanted to know is it possible to ovulate without having a period? I came off of the depo a month ago as I didn’t go to get my next injection. I have been having really sore breasts and have been extremely tired. Can anyone help?

Yes, you don’t need a period to ovulate and just because you have a period doesn’t mean you ovulated 🙂
Yes, you ovulate before a period. Can also have periods and not ovulate or the other way too.
Test and see if you’re preggers
