Hi all, my son is going to be a father for the first time in a few months, what i would like to know is, does he have any rights while the pregnancy is on going, like appointments etc…..?

As far as I’m aware no he doesn’t it’s down to the person who is pregnant. He only gets rights once the baby is here and he is on the birth certificate xx
Legally no medical appointments are confidential she can refuse anyone but after birth as long as he’s on birth certificate he has rights.
No,I don’t believe he does. Those are her private medical appointments,it’s up to the mother if she wants to tell him and wants him there
