Hi can anyone help me so basically me and my ex broke up we was together 3 years but he was very abusive to me and in end I ended it as he raped me…. Cut a long story short I changed my number that was 2 months ago so now he has choose not to see our little boy yet he ain’t paying for him. He earns good money but gets cash in hand I am a single mum but looking to go back to work as can’t survive on benefits. I’ve been told csa won’t be able to touch him he seems to think bcoz he ain’t seeing our son through his own choice that he shudnt pay.. Need some advice please ladies

My daughter’s dad doesn’t see her (his choice) and I’ve not long got a letter off csa stating how much in arrears he is in. It’s worth ringing them and seeing what they say x
Ok thanks babe he has another child he doesn’t see and has dodged them for years owed them £2500 atm x
