Hi can I get a ppp. After a miscarriage which follows having to have a d&c how long should you wait to have sex again and how long til it’s ok to start trying for a baby again? I’m curious to know as I have just been through this and I was not told how long to wait. How long did it take u ladies to fall pregnant after going through it yourself? Thankyou

D&C 21 oct, AF 23 November and positive test on 28 Dec! So I caught again within 5 weeks. Massive shock all round. Our little rainbow is 2 this Sept xx
Once the bleeding stops and once u feel like u can have sex after the d&c. If ur really unsure give the unit at the hospital a call and ask them x
Give 6weeks as you could possibly do damage D&C is also known as a ‘blind scrape’ as they don’t actually see what there properly, I went through the same and was tender for quite a while after x
When your not bleeding anymore. Took me 1 month. Now I have a 6 month old.
When ur ready took me 3 months to fall pregnant again but we were being careful for a while im now 20 weeks good luck xx
You can try after the bleeding it stops. It took us 8 months to get pregnant after our loss- I’m 18 weeks pregnant now.
