Hi can i get a ppp.

Hi guys so im just looking for some advise really. Please no bashing.

Okay so i have a 16 month old daughter from a previous relationship ( bit of background he was lovely! Known him for 12 years we was together three years, engaged & i fell pregnant everything was good. Then i found out he was cheating on me & also that for the whole three years he was on drugs cocaine mainly and before anyone starts i didn’t know as when someone is so use to taking drugs its hard to tell) so anyway as soon as i found out this information i said to him get off the drugs or take me court he didn’t care telling me im spiteful stopping there relationship but he didn’t really bother me until he was looking at my Facebook and see a picture with me and a male friend so he came around my house of his face & things got nasty. He stragled me called me a whore how dare i move on and all the names under the sun i told him leave or ill call the police. He left & from that day i haven’t seen him since that was when my daughter was 5 months she is now 16 months. but about two weeks ago i got a random call from his girlfriends friend saying there going to “stamp out” me and my daughter and all these other threats .. Now i haven’t reported any of this because im going through alot in my own mind right now and don’t feel i can face that. But basically im.with someone new noe and im 4 months pregnant. Im in a small one bedroom with mice running wild and the council wont do anything but I need to move as me and two kids just wont fit in here . my point is im.going to.do my paperwork to start bidding next month when i get my matb1 from my midwife . will they help me move quicker if i tell them about these threats of them saying there going to turn up and harm me and my daughter ? Also will social services get involved if i say anything ?
