Hi can I get a ppp. I have a 4 yr old son, he was out playing on his bike out the front of our house the other day with his friends when the brakes on his bike got stuck and he has unfortunately crashed into a parked car that was on the path he was riding on. Now u totally understand this would be quite irritating for the owner of the car but I jsut wanted people’s opinions in what unfolded next and what i should do. So after the accident happened the owners girlfriend has came outside screaming and shouting and threatening me and my partner in front of our son. I had apologised several times and explained he’s only 4 and he has ADHD and suspected ASD and I had told him several times to stop riding past the cars but he had not listened and I was actually on my way to get him when the incident happened. Now the damage was a tiny scratch on the plastic of the bumper underneath the headlight and I offered to give them £50 as an apology and I thought that that was the matter sorted. Later that night she came back to my house threatening and screaming and then attacked my neighbour as she was walking in her own house all because they were looking at her while she was screaming which I’m sure anyone else would have been and the police were then called. I just want to ask what do i. I don’t feel like I should pay anything now since she has been so abusive and threatening and also has now attacked my neighbour in front of my neighbours children. im toally embarrased and im really worried any advice would be appreciated x
