Hi can I get a PPP
How do you stop breastfeeding to sleep without the cry it out method? My little one is 5 months, doesn’t take a dummy and rarely a bottle. Still up on average 4 times a night 😞 trying to transfer to cot when sleepy but wakes and can take up to an hour to finally settle only to sleep 2.5 hours! Thanks!

Hi, I moved to my lb to bottles at just over a year but I feel your tiredness! I ended up co-sleeping for the first year as I had the same problem! I have a 2 year old too so I needed my sleep! Ended up sleeping with my boobs out and he latched whenever he wanted – letting me at least doze off! I hope you find an answer and sorry I couldn’t be helpful-but sometimes needs must x
