Hi can i get a ppp,

My daughter now two and a half has been really unsettled at night for about two to three weeks, shes squirming in her sleep, crying, hitting out and screaming. She wakes up panicked and scared crying her eyes out. I have suffered with night terrors since i can remember and im worried about her. Surley at two she should not have night terrors? How can her imagination be so wild? Will the drs do anything? Is it worth taking her? Im desprate to get help for her i sit by her bed all night every night i cant even remember when i last slept. Has anyome been through this? Does anything help?
