Hi can I get a private post please

Hi everyone looking for some advice or home remedies

So my 15 month old son started creche this week and has now got hand foot and mouth.
He is in agony and so much distress he finding it hard to swallow the spots are all over him.
Has anyone got any tips to help soothe it for him just hate seeing him like this as it my fault I put him in creche and my partner said he will never forgive me for doing this to him I just want to make it all better for my poor little man xx
