Hi, can I get a private post please. My little boy is now 4 months old, he very rarely takes a bottle through the night but he is such a restless sleeper. He is always thrashing about, banging his head from side to side, kicking his legs and waving his arms etc. Is there anything I can do to help him get a more restful sleep as I feel like he isn’t getting a decent enough sleep through the night, thanks in advance!
