Hi can I get p.post please ..I’m 18 week pregnant was at the doctor today there was keytone n my urine .must being back another urine sample tomorrow to check again ..Any no why r how this happens ..quite worried n Google never helps only makes me more worried. .thanks

Ketones in the urine can be a sign of diabetes. It can also be something as simple as you not eating (due to morning sickness etc) People who are NBM for surgery will ioften have ketones. Don’t worry, take your repeat sample. They may want you to be tested for gestational diabetes but it will get sorted x
I had keytones when I was dehydrated so drink plenty and they will flush out xxx
