Hi can I have a post.. has anyone had a miscarriage at 4/5 weeks? What’s it like? I’ve just had a small blood clot come out and it was curved.. any advice would be great thanks x

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks roughly. It wasnt that bad symptom wise,started with spotting then dull back pain which after a night of backpain had light cramps while the bleeding grew a bit heavier.. tbh it was sort of like a period but with extra cramp but i took paracetomol and used a hot water bottle and my partner would rub my back and tummy and it made all the difference 💖so sorry for your loss xxx
