Hi can I have a post please?
I lost my baby at 20 weeks this week and I’m in absolute agony with my boobs they are rock solid and so sore and I don’t know what to do I’ve tried to see if I can maybe let some milk out but nothings really coming out yet. Can anyone help it’s one thing after another and I’m in so much pain with them x

Sorry for your loss, I legit kept my bra on for 10days straight, (obviously took it off when I bathed) but wore it all day and night, also painkillers and a hot water bottle helps too, xx
