Hi can I have a post please? Morning sickness question – what magic tricks do you ladies have up your sleeves? I’ve tried everything I can find recommended online with small nibbles or ginger biscuits etc but it’s all just coming up again. Please help. I work full time and already have a 4 Year old so bed rest is not an option 😖
