Hi can I have a post please?

My daughter is 7 months and has a LOW TEMPERATURE ranging from 34.5-35.8 it keeps fluctuating. She’s been sick once today which seemed a lot and was really aggy before bedtime. She’s been asleep since 8 but I’ve just checked her temp again and it’s 34.5. She’s got a vest, grow & grow bag on.

Can anyone give any advice or should I call 111 just to be sure? We were sent to the walk in centre yesterday with her having a low temp and a rash type thing on her belly which has now gone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
