hi can I have a post please

I am 17 weeks pregnant and today we found out we are having a little boy. ever since I found out I was pregnant at 4 weeks I have had extreme morning sickness pretty much all day every day and it’s still going. some days I can’t even get out of bed it’s that bad. please don’t think that I am ungrateful because I’m really not, I love my baby already but recently I have found myself really down about the whole pregnancy, wondering if all this feeling ill is worth it. I know this is meant to be the happiest time of my life and I should be enjoying the pregnancy but I just can’t. I think I’m just feeling like this because I’ve been so ill and it’s draining me, has anyone else been in a similar situation?
