Hi can i have a pp either on this page or the private one ( i dont know how to make it private on the other one lol) not baby related but a family member of mine is thinking about trying for joint custody of his son who he gets one night at the weekend and one evening during the week the mother wont play ball and give anymore than that.. Hes self employed and works alot but also lives at home and his mum and dad has said theyll help he has asked her a few times if he could have the son a different night (normally the day after the planned day) but shes never let him he takes his son anyway but it means hes not getting to spend the time with him hed like.. Im wondering could she use that against him in court and also if he was to get joint custody does that mean theyll shall weeks? Or how does it work. Thanks 😊
