Hi can I have a PP in relevant page please x
How do you get back to normal when you’ve hit rock bottom? I have reached my absolute lowest for a number of reasons and don’t know how to be happy again. I need to be happy, loose weight (massive one!) and sort out my emotional state. Just don’t know where to begin or start or how to do it or even if I can. Any advice really really appreciated x
