hi can i have a pp please asking for a friend
my friend is looking at getting a injunction dropped against her ex partner ( farther to her children ) the restraining order was against him to not contact her or go near her for 5 years anyhow she has 2 kids with him n have moved on from him n they are now friends she feels the restraining order is a bit stupid now and its hard for her ex to see the kids and have contact with them the only problem is social services are involed dont know why as there is no issues with the ex and kids or the.mother and kids she is just looking for a bit of advise of how to get the restrainibg order lifted and would social step in more or leave them alone

If social feel he is a risk to her children they may step in but this is all things she needs to get advice for from someone in social services and maybe speak to a solicitor. She will probably get better advice from them and the correct advice from them easier said than some I know but no one on here unless qualified are going to be able to answer those questions x
