Hi can I have a pp please?
Does anyone or has anyone ever experienced a 4 year old sleep regression?

My girl has always been good at going bed getting a story and falling asleep. Nothing has changed in her routine but the past 3 nights she has refused point blank to lay down after her book. She runs about crazy thinking it’s funny starts to hit when I lift her and put her back in bed.

Tonight after she started kicking off I placed her in bed and left the room closing the door, she got out and picked up toys throwing them against the door screaming so much my neighbour txt to make sure everything was ok.

It’s taken almost an hour each night of me going in and out and putting her back in bed and he screaming and fighting to get her to sleep…..can anyone help???
