Hi can I have a pp please ?

Have any ladies periods just suddenly stop ? Ive not had a period since March ! I did a test a couple of weeks ago which was negative & haven’t had any pregnancy symptoms so know it’s not down to that ! I’ve rang the doctors but don’t have an appointment until next week
