Hi can I have a pp please…
I took the flu 3 days ago and it’s not like any flu I’ve ever had before. I’ve honestly never felt as sick in my life! My husband is still off work until Monday on his Xmas holidays so I went to bed on the first day. My husband kept coming in to the room with a face on him like the world was about to end, it’s because he was left to clean up and look after our 2 kids. So anyway I tried to push myself a bit yesterday to get up and do stuff but I was still really poorly. We had a family dinner booked for new years day, I went along and I really shouldn’t have cos now today I feel even worse, I’m totally zapped of all energy my lungs feel really sore when I breath in I just feel like crap in general. The house is a mess because if I don’t do it it just doesn’t get done. Our bedroom I feel like it’s just germ infested I really need to strip the sheets but I cant get the energy to move. Meanwhile my husband keeps saying things like “ur not gonna die u know” and “ur not helping yourself”. All I want is to be able to rest for a few days and fight off this flu and I can’t even depend on my husband to look after the kids and house till then. R all men like this or is it just mine? If I say anything to him apparently I’m a nag then!
