Hi can I have a pp please?
I’m 34 weeks and have asked for an elective c section because of traumatic complications with my first son. I lost an awful lot of blood and we were in hospital for 2 weeks after he was born. Apparently my body ‘gave up’ once my son had come out so did not contract anymore. Anyway, I’m starting to panic about my choice. The doctor and midwife has told me that it will probably happen again but it’s completely my choice. I have never had an operation before, I know it’s going to hurt like hell but is it really horrendous? Will I even be able to hold my new baby? Honest opinions please xx
