Looking for some advice ladies

My partners ex has told CMS that he has his son less that 52-103 nights a year since july. When he has his son consecutively every 2 weeks friday night to sunday evening. This means maintaince payments have gone up to £600 a month. He’s saying he cant do anything about it as their going by her word, which is all a bunch of lies. Shes just money grabbing and thats all she wants, is there any way of sorting this issue out with the CMS? this isnt fair on him as hes always had him when hes meant to and even had him for extra weekends when shes supposedly “working” which at times has normally been a lie. Im just wondering what can be done to stop the CMS believing her lies? And what would you do? See them less as paying that or carry on as every 2 weeks visitation. As this is just a plan to squeeze as much as she can. Hes a good dad, Which i dont understand as hes always helped buy uniform, for haircuts and even lent her 700 when she was in rent arrears cos he didnt want his son to suffer and she does this. Sorry for the long post, just so irritated at the animosity of this woman. Tia x
