Hi can I have a Pp please x
I am 25 weeks pregnant and was at the doctors last week with bad sciatica on the left. I work in a supermarket 16 hours per week and on my feet during shifts. 3 hours into my shift I am in agony. My doctor said the best thing to do is keep moving. I have a toddler at home and by the time I am finished work I am so sore that I am unable to look after my toddler properly and I am exhausted. I didn’t ask for a sick line at the time but have been off work now for a week (3 days pay). I have an appointment with my midwife tomorrow. If I explain to her how I am feeling can she sign me off or do I have to go back to my doctor. I feel my doctor won’t sign me off though so I’m a bit stuck
