Hi can I have a pp please,

My little girl is 2 years old and she is covered in spots on her private parts and bottom, iv tried all the common nappy creams and had steroid creams from the docs, she’s had this since being about 6months old, we have been potty training for a few weeks now and she’s doing great I thought nappys may have been the problem but she’s noticing the spots and touching them making them sore, has anyone and ideas as to what creams or anything that I could use to try and clear them up. Thanks
