Hi can I have a ppp

A very good friend is having some problems with her children there acting out, causing fights at school, not obeying rules etc, she’s giving everyone the sob story saying don’t why this is happening doesn’t know what she can do the kids dad saying nasty things to her, but the thing is I know what those kids have been put through and believe me it isn’t nice they have seen things kids that age shouldn’t, and the funny thing is the dad don’t know the half of it, what I’m really trying to say is should I be honest with her and tell her what I think or maybe tell the dad so he can do something about it, been friend for 15 years don’t wanna be nasty to her but thinks she need a reality check.
