Hi can I have a ppp

Don’t really know what I want from this but I feel sick to my stomach and can’t stop crying. Basically started going out with this guy like 6 months ago and he has a little boy with someone else but I never interfere I just treat him the same as I treat my son. Like when I go to the shop for a toy for my child I get his too. I never leave his child out or pretend I’m his mum. So basically his ex won’t leave me alone she constantly mailing me being really cheeky to me and then she stooped so low as to say they have been sending pictures to each other and he always tells her she looks nice apparently. So I’ve blown up at him and basically told him I can’t deal with her anymore she’s too interfering in our relationship. I don’t know the truth if they are going behind my back but he said why would u take her side and not mine and if i can’t trust him he doesn’t want to be with me. I’m hurting a lot and I don’t know what to do but I don’t think it’s ever going to stop. Should I just suck it up and block her and see where my relationship goes with him or leave and forget about them both
