Hi can I have a ppp

Hi ladies, sorry not baby related but need some help!
I go on holiday in a couple of days and yesterday I’ve come out in a really bad rash (bikini line) down on to me thighs, (same as shaving rash) I’ve never had it this bad before and I’m really nervous about going now! Can you give me any tips to help it or reduce it maybe?? Thank you
