Hi can I have a ppp

I came off the depo injection 2 years ago, my periods never returned, I started to get what I thought was recurrent utis and have been treated for 10’ in the last 12 months with antibiotics just because there has been blood in urine on initial drs appointment. I have seen a gynaecologist who suggested going back on the pill as the withdrawal from the depo was sending my body messages that I was going through the change making my body deal with basically cystitis hence thinking I have uti , 3 months on the pill and I’m still feeling the same !! He only relief I get it when I’m on a period ?! I am seriously considering going back on the depo just to stop the symptoms because I didn’t have them when I was originally on it, has anyone been through this and had a positive outcome ? Thanks
