Hi can I have a ppp

I done a test 2 days ago and thought I see a faint pos and got a digital Tesco one today as it’s all they had and it’s one where you connect the pee bit on to the digital part… never used that one before so have no idea it said not pregnant however when I ejected it there was a faint second line? I don’t no what to believe could I be pregnant and there’s not enough hgc for the digital to pick up but be picked up by the other? I don’t no what to believe I’ve been feeling so sick and tired past few days I can’t remember when my last period was please help! Thank you x
