Hi can I have a ppp

I have this raised blotched at top of my back I’ve had it before went to docs as I was worried it was shingles not ring worm was told no gave some cream which didn’t help and eventually it slowly took weeks and weeks and went away now it’s back and it’s a little painful when I lean against it it’s dry and can feel quite warm and hot any ideas ? Quite lumpy if that makes sense . Thanks in advance .
