Hi can I have a ppp? I need some advice please! Every night without fail, my 8 week old daughter screams with what I’m guessing is colic? I give her colic drops but they don’t seem to help. She was solely breastfed for the first 5 weeks, but decided to combine feed the same as I did my other daughter. She’s fine on bottles all day, until the evening, and just screams for a couple of hours straight. She doesn’t struggle at night (but she’s breastfed in evening/night) I’ve changed her milk to comfort sma, as I thought that might help. But can anyone recommend anything else? Are there any good bottles I could use? Or any over the counter stuff I could try? Is it worth me going to the doctors or is it wasting their time just for colic? Thank you.

Try changing the bottles, and maybe use gripe water?
Only other thing I can suggest is baby swing or taking her for a little stroll in the evenings, that’s what my mum used to do with me I was a bad colicy baby
When I combi fed my son he really struggled with both as breast milk is so light that the formula upsets there tummy . I tried to give my daughter a bottle too but her tummy was so bad I put her back to breastfeeding full time. Also sma was horrendous with my son he settled better with at aptamil X
Maybe she’s hungry – breast milk doesn’t fill them up as much as formula – some nights I’d breastfeed my son every 15 – 20 mins. X
Dr browns bottles and colief its expensive are u sure itd not reflux.
