Hi can I have a ppp.
I posted the other day about having really bad sickness… I haven’t eaten in 3 days now I’m at my wits end if I even smell food I’m near being sick.. I’m drinking plenty of water as keep getting dehydrated… any advice on what I could do to build my appetite up a bit.. tia xx
