Hi can I have a ppp.
In July I had applied for a debt Relief Order due to a load of debt I had with no way of paying them all back due to living off of £10 a fortnight because my rent top up was £60 plus I had money coming out of benefits which had left me with £70 a fortnight. cab and my support worker thought this was for the best at the time, it’s in place until next July. But now I’m having a problem with council tax, cab thought it would be best for this years council tax and water bill was included in the debt Relief Order. I have just received a letter saying that I’m summoned to court for council tax bill. I can’t take the council tax out of the debt Relief Order as it will cancel the whole order. I have no idea what to do, cab the woman who did only works one day a week and even then I can’t get a hold due to her not answering the phone and the support worker I had, closed the case and had since retired. Where do I stand as I’m stuck here, I had missed one bill for council tax due to not being payed before it was due and when I had been payed I had to choose between paying them or paying for the taxi home from the hospital as I had just had my son the day I had payed and no way of getting home without having to use my council tax money as my partner had taken the rest of money and bought shopping and taxi to get some clean clothes and buy more pads for me as I had no more with me x
