Hi can I have a ppp. Is there anyway my 4 month old breastfed baby’s father can just take him from me? He keeps threatening to just take him and leave me. My anxiety is through the roof so any info is appreciated!!

If he’s on birth cert u both have same rights so yes he could just take baby and police won’t do nothing so best to get residency order in place
