Hi can I have a ppp, me and my ex partner have a child arrangements order in place but every time he gets his access he keeps leaving someone else in charge of my child and he goes out to football matches and getting drunk then going back to my child, is this a breach of the order? I just don’t see any point in it at all if he isn’t actually looking after him I feel he might as well just come home and it’s so frustrating
