Hi can I have a ppp
Need advice, my son is 7 years old and has been held back a year in school I was wanting to move him schools before he got held back as I was scared he would get bullied. My son’s dad took me to court to stop this happing and won! My son’s dad dosent do any of his homework on the days he has him and really don’t care about his education it’s all to do with control!!! Now my son is repeating the year what has helped his education come on 😁 , so I got a text from his dad saying he’s taking him out of school to take him on a family holiday, I don’t have a problem with him taking him on holiday I just have the problem that he’s taking my son out his education when it’s so important to him, and should be taking him out during school holiday not when school is on.
Do yous think I’m wrong?

If it’s the only time Dad can afford to take him away then personally i think family time and new experiences is just as important as being in school. If he can afford to take him any time then that’s different and I wouldn’t let him go during term time given your son has been kept back.
