I’d say eczema but I’m not doctor my sons looks like this. Go see a doctor to confirm
It looks a bit like psoriasis too. I get patches like that xx
My daughter gets this it’s ringworm and needs cream of the gp it’s a infected part of the skin hope this helps xxx google nhs ringworm for any advices u need
