Hi can I have a PPP 🙂

So I got told yesterday I have polycystic ovaries
After having a major operation. So wasn’t the best news to wake up too anyway…
I have a little boy from a previous relationship but before I caught with him I was going through the motions of being told I probably won’t be able to conceive and then ta-daa out of no where was my little cherub 💜
Anyway so in a new relationship and being told this has really hit home for us my boyfriends response (after a heart to heart) was I already have a baby he doesn’t… and it kills me because the way my periods are I may as well not even have them there so irregular and if I’m on its from 1 hour to 5 days and then nothing for months I want nothing more than to have a family with my boyfriend and give my child a brother or sister.
I’m so lost and so away with it all that I’m scared I won’t be able to give my boyfriend what he wants and what I want as well my little one he’d love a brother or sister in fact he’s already started to ask and now I’ve been told this it’s hurting and I’m so emotional can I have some advice some guidance of some sort please? :'(
