Hi can I have a Ppp?

So I had a little boy in November last year, my periods returned in February but stopped again in April, I’ve done tests so I’m not pregnant, the doctor has done bloods and that has all came back fine I don’t have PCOS as I’ve had tests for that at the start of the year as well, has anyone else had anything like this before? I don’t no what’s wrong and worried I won’t be able to have more children in the future 😞 thank you x
