Hi can i have a ppp? The CMS have calculated i have to get x amount per week but it seemed low considering my ex’s wages so i contacted them to discuss it. They said that he has 2 other children with one woman and that they split it 3 ways. But i know 100% that the eldest child is NOT his. He got with this woman when the wee boy was 2 years old and raised him as his own. There is doubt over the 2nd child as he told me his ex cheated on him around conception. But as he has raised both these boys he sees them as his sons. Which is all very well and good but its not fair that money is being taken away from my child because he chooses to support 2 children that are not biologically his. The CMS have said that because this lady has put in an application and that he has confirmed parentage then there is nothing i can do. She was very cheeky on the phone to me saying that somone wouldn’t pay for a child thats not theirs. But that is whats happening here!

Shame more men aren’t like this…so what if his sperm wasn’t the ones to make this said child… he is obviously a decent man for supporting them and your child. Yeah it’s shit for you but it’s about the kids not you.
Just because he didnt spraffing his seed in her love box doesn’t mean he isn’t the father of the kids a father is who raises them so why shouldn’t be pay for them … If he had raised a child with you for years as his own would it be acceptable to stop providing for them because you break up…. I think no sounds like a decent bloke to me ….
If he brought the child up as his and wants to pay for him ..good on him not many would do it
