Hi can I have a ppp x does anyone else give there child melatonin? My sons 6 and we’ve been advised of this option I’m just concerned of the side effects and worry about him taking it. He has a few issues we are still waiting on a diagnosis, he’s currently repeating year one and I feel the lack of sleep isn’t helping him at all.. he has a routine but when bedtime comes he can literally lie awake till 1 then I’m picking him out of bed at 7:30 in the morning and getting him dressed for school. It’s got me worn out but it’s not about me I can handle it.. i just feel so sorry for him on a morning thanks xx
