Hi can I have a ppp,

Girl I need advice, I got this letter today (attached/in comments) here’s my past I had the hpv vaccine in school 12 years ago, Iv been with my partner for 8 years no reason the believe he has cheated. I have been pregnant and gave birth in the past 3 years. Few months back I had a ruptured eptopic which ended up with my left tube being removed. Now on my last smear they said there was some slight abnormal cells but never did anything as they normally correct themselves, now on my recent smear I had this letter.
Now dose this mean 100% my partner has cheated and gave me this
Could it have developed from the last cells,
How have I got this if I have had the injection ? Can this just developed in some woman meaning u dnt always have it from a sti ?
