Hi can I have a ppp

I had my lg 14 weeks ago and when she was three weeks I went back onto my combined pill, was on this before hand and never had periods with it, I have now bled for 2 weeks even though I have taken it daily at the same time, I am going to make an appointment at the doctors next week but just want a bit of advice on whether or not I’m overreacting
