hi can i have a ppp

I have a friend that has an autistic son. he is 10. my youngest daughter is 4. (then i have a 10 year old and a 14 year old)

we have baby sit the son on several occations (at max 3 hours at a time)

soon her hubby is having a big birthday and they have asked us if we can have the son over night. i didn’t have an issue with this until she said that the son is in a “hug and kiss” faze and if he wants a hug and a kiss that if we could just “go with it”
this again, i am fine with. but as i said i have a 4 year old daughter and he is very fond of her (his mum has said that they have the same mental capasity so not my words) and i’m worried that if he wants to hug and kiss her and she refuses will he then go into his out of controll behaviour (screaming, hitting and panicing) which i am not sure if i can handle alone.
Also, i don’t want to tell my 4 year old to “just go with it” i don’t want her to think that she can’t say no. The older kids understand and will accept the “just go with it” (and they are very fond of him to, invits him to birthday parties ect)

Am i being an awful friend since i am thinking of saying no? On the other side i don’t want her to have to ask the grandparents to have the son. (he can’t be at the party, he can get very upset with loud noices)
Can anyone please give me any advice?

The parents live 10 min away in a car, and i doubt they are going to be able to drive if something happends..
