Hi can I have a ppp

I have just got results back from day 21 progesterone test done on 01/08 and level was 4.2 doc said ovulation was very unlikely I think I ovulated on Fri 28/07 (this would make my cycle 31 days if I was to get my period 14 days after predicted ovulation) would my day 21 blood test of missed ovulation if this is the case ??
