Hi can I have a ppp?

I’m currently on the new version of the cerezzate pill, haven’t had a period for 4-5 months now.. does anyone else find that they just stop completely using this? I was vomiting last night and now I have period type pains but no signs of bleeding or any period coming. Does anyone else get this or could it be an early sign of pregnancy? I have a little one already way to frightened to even consider taking a test 😂😩
