My friend has been in hospital for a few days, she’s come home to find her fella has taken off with her best fiend and her kids! She’s phoned the police but due to kids not being in any danger there stating it’s a civil matter! Has anyone got any advice on how my friend can get her babies back please? She’s going out of her mind, tia xxx

How old r the kids?? Fuck that find where they are through a Friend of a friend, where the best mate lives or if the kids go to school? Turn up during the day and pick them up for an “appointment” n keep hold of them!!! I swear down if my ex pulled that shit on me I would not be waiting on police and courts! Id be getting as many of my mates as possible n getting those kids back!!!use the power of fb if u have to!
And this is where the law fails the children. Parents rights seems to be far more important these days. To be taken from their home, while their mum is in hospital and to see their father with the best mate but yet the law can’t help ….. emotional abuse at its worst. Sod the police, find where they are and take them back. Someone somewhere will know where they are. I hope they are returned home and back in their beds soon xx
Best way to get them back asap is go take them. I went though lawyers and court when my ex done this with my daughter and it was 6 weeks before the 1st court hearing and me getting her back that day plus £3000 in total. If there school age collect them early one day and tell the school if dad turns up to collect them they are to hold the kids and call you asap as legally they can’t stop dad picking them up until a court order is in place.
Get them kids back an tie him an her too a post an set them on fire, go old fashioned on their ass’ accuse them off witch craft for that disappearing trick they think they can pull I would 😡 hope she’s okay tho x
Go to a lawyer 1st thing in morning get emergency court hearing x call social services as well a know she might not won’t to call them but they can help x
Is it his children to? Cause if it ain’t it’s kidnap but if they are then I would be getting a lawyer and getting a emergency court ? But if he’s not on the birth certificate it’s kidnap and the police can do something
