Hi can i have a PPP

Need some advice. Ive had a lump on my left breast since last year and tonight ive noticed its gotten bigger its hard to touch, not painful. Just a hard skin coloured lump. Has anyone ever had this and know what it could be? Im 29 and a smoker and mum to two. There is history of breast cancer in my family im worried just in case it is has anyone had this kind of lump before i am booked in for gp on friday morning. Ive kept putting it off for a while now but its worrying me as its gotten bigger any advice welcomed thankyou xxxxxx pic attached
